Originally founded in 1293 (the Kamakura Period) Moritaka Hamono crafted swords for 13 generations; eventually the family began crafting knives and edged tools. The Moritaka Aogami Super Series is made with high quality Aogami Super, and octagon walnut handle, completed with a kurouchi finish.
